Ingredients: Wolfiporia extensa, 3.6 mg; grapefruit peel, 45 mg; apple cider vinegar, 4.8 mg; aloe vera, 2.75 mg; gelatin, 0.3 mg; glycerine, 0.014 mg; food colouring and water, 18%.

Dosage: 1 capsule a day, always in the morning, 20 minutes before breakfast. Wash down with a sufficient amount of water.

Recommendation: The consumption of fatty foods and alcohol should be reduced. The effects of 7Days is enhanced by increasing the consumption of drinking water. Please do not take the dietary supplement if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients contained. Otherwise, consult your doctor or pharmacist about the suitability of use.

Side effects: Dry mouth.
